How to submit an abstract at our web page
Here you can find a step by step instruction on "How to hand in an abstract at our web page".
Submission and review of all papers is organized through the Indico platform provided by IMEKO https://conferences.imeko.org/event/2/. Authors shall follow the steps listed below.
0. Preparation for the manuscript
For the preparation and submission of a paper authors must use template documents. Information and the template documents can be downloaded here.
1. Author registration
Creating an Indico account is a necessary prerequisite for lead authors for the submission of extended abstracts. Each author can submit a maximum of two extended abstracts.
2. Submission of extended abstract
To submit the paper, authors need to login into the Indico platform. A web form will guide through the upload process of the manuscript file.
Paper review process
Submitted papers are evaluated by at least two peer reviewers, who judge the manuscripts according to the following criteria:
- Relevance to the conference topics;
- Quality of presentation;
- Significance of treated topic;
- Novelty of the given contribution.
Authors will receive feedback on their submission until 31st May 2022.
Publication of final papers
Conference proceedings, including all final papers, will be published within the IMEKO Event Proceedings.
